But by the time you can get a decent look at it, it’ll be long-gone.

Don’t worry, another one will inevitably turn up in a couple minutes.

Nah, it’s the same one lapping you. ;)

I don’t have time to get a decent look, but I have time to take a photograph.

Very true. And they’re not even that bad to look at! The engine’s not bad on the ears either compared to the VQ note which has become so common-place in the Infiniti lineup they’re no longer special.

That’s an Altima Coupe you’re thinking of.

When I was ogling the R35 in high school, I couldn’t give two shits what it looked like, I just cared about how fast it is.

That picture makes no sense. Of course the brand-new GT-R is going to be bigger than the 20-year-old purpose-built sports cars. Try comparing it to an R8 or the new NSX.

Came to post this, left satisfied.

I know, it's the only picture of a GTR i have lol. And to be honest, it's a very good car, and I think it's the owners that ruin it. That and the looks are on the ugly side of meh. Just not my cup of tea. Props if you like it though.

I like to think of cars like the GT-R and 650S as flagship Android phones. They are technically and/or on paper better than their competitors. Sure, the experience may not be as good as the ones you get from their competitors (something I obviously can’t speak for, and certainly many people on the internet bullshit about), but I don’t care.
I want one because I like it, not because I want others to like me in/with it. And I can do whatever I want to it. *Cough* Purrari *Cough*
Ferrari to me is like Apple. Locked down. “Special.” Yes, they have a well-deserved reputation, but they mostly just live off of hype and brand recognition now. *Cough* Purrari *Cough*

I love R34s. The rear and post updated nose look great on the R35, but that rear sloping roof line still kinda bugs me... though they seem to look better in lighter colors to me, (white is nice, that silver is pretty good too.)

This car used to be awe inspiring but now it would barely get a second glance from me.

I get a good look at one everyday. There’s a nice red one parked in my garage at work.

I’ve seen them live and direct. Neither memorable nor pretty.

I like them quite a bit. I also kept up with one pretty well last time I drove with my friend and his.

I think it’s a great car and I am a fan. I am sick of the clientele though.

The gtr is on assetto corsa. After driving it my thoughts
It’s fat
Understeers
Loose under braking
Horrid turn in, mid corner rotation, and corner exit
More fucking understeer
Engine just exist, does it’s thing, but nothing special. Like a minivan
It’s fatter than the last 5 statements now, IDK why
Holy shit it’s fast.
Faster than it should be, punches way above it’s weight class.
It does things it shouldn’t. The tires feel like they’re about to peel off the rim before it slides off.
Amazing car.
